“Company” refers to Zurnexalo Ltd (“Zurnexalo”, “we”, “us”). “Client” refers to any individual or business engaging our furniture repair, upholstery, or restoration services. “Item” refers to the physical furniture provided for evaluation or work.
By accessing zurnexalo.info, you agree to use the website solely for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to compromise website security, submit fraudulent restoration inquiries, or copy branded materials without express written authorization.
Digital quotes based on submitted photographs are non-binding preliminary estimates. Final binding quotes are confirmed upon physical inspection of the furniture item by our craftsmen. Formal restoration work commences upon written approval of the physical quote by the Client.
A deposit (typically 30-50%) may be required for custom leather, specialty timber, or upholstery fabrics prior to work commencement. Full balance settlement is required upon completion and prior to final delivery or collection of the restored item.
Clients must disclose known structural defects, previous DIY repairs, pest infestations (e.g., woodworm), or fragile components prior to inspection. Zurnexalo is not responsible for pre-existing concealed damage discovered during dismantle.
Natural wood, leather, and antique patinas possess inherent variations in grain, tone, and texture. While Zurnexalo applies master-level color matching, exact identity with historic or original states cannot be guaranteed due to natural material aging.
Clients may cancel a repair order prior to the commencement of workshop operations or material procurement. Deposits for bespoke fabric or special timber orders are non-refundable once materials are cut or processed.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Zurnexalo’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising from damaged items or service delays shall not exceed the total service fee paid for the specific item in question.
All trademarks, branding logos, text content, photographs, and layout designs on zurnexalo.info are the exclusive intellectual property of Zurnexalo Ltd.
These terms and any disputes arising under them are governed strictly by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
